19th October '17: In love with red?…

Hi from Thursday โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ŸŽ’โ›‘๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ„๐ŸŽ

Red has been wanting me to write about it for a while. As I’ve beavered away, doing shelfscapes and writing about other colours, red has been shouting, ‘Hey you! What about me?!’ Red has always been important to us, from the moment we painted our caves (and ourselves) with red clay and valued it as a way of protecting us in the afterlife. We’ve had an affinity to it ever since. It’s the colour of love, good fortune and, after black and white, it’s the first colour babies see (it’s apparently also the first colour people suffering from temporary color blindness start to see again after a brain injury). What are your thoughts on red? I’ve got this feeling you love it…or do I stand corrected?
